Frequently asked questions
Can Pavé take over our club kit now that Eliel has paused custom orders?
Yes. The Pavé Club Continuity Program is built for clubs moving from another custom apparel supplier. Send us your current kit, artwork and product list, and we'll recommend a transition plan.
Do we need our original artwork files?
No. Original files help, but clear photographs of your kit are enough for us to assess what can be recreated. Artwork recreation is quoted after the initial assessment.
Will our new kit match our old kit exactly?
Your logos, sponsor placements and colours carry over. Where an exact product match isn't available, we recommend the closest Pavé alternative and explain the difference before you commit.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Pavé Sports has no minimum order, per item or per team.
What does the migration cost?
The migration consultation and the initial artwork and product-range assessment are complimentary. Artwork recreation, physical samples and production are quoted clearly after the assessment.
How long until our new kit arrives?
Production takes 8–10 weeks after design approval, or after your team store closes, plus shipping. Tell us the date you need kit by and we'll plan back from it.
Can members order and pay individually?
Yes. Pavé can set up an optional private, password-protected team store where each member chooses products and sizes, pays at checkout and has their order shipped to them.

No. Pavé Sports is an independent apparel company and is not affiliated with Eliel Cycling.
